Overview
Under general supervision from the supervisor, the mechanic is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnoses of heavy duty truck fleet and equipment. Mechanics work with appropriate operational systems, monitors routine maintenance on all fleet and equipment including compliance of DOT and company work hour policies and regulations.

Position Qualifications:
- Must be 18-years of age or older
- Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication
- Work in Team Environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Experience in companies within the oil and gas industry or trucking industry a plus
- General knowledge of hydraulic systems and various pumps
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, fitness for duty test (FIT Test) and background check
- Willing to work all shifts as needed
- Physically capable of lifting 50-75 pounds unassisted
Operational Job Functions and Responsibilities (Duties include but are not limited to
- Perform maintenance projects assigned
- Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Perform preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and maintenance related systems
- Knowledge in all trades
- Tank installation and repairs
- General site cleanup
- Rigging and setting of equipment
- Installation and repair of piping such as steel, HDPE Poly pipe, stainless steel tubing, etc.
- Flange alignment, bolt-up, and proper torqueing techniques
- PSV & Valve installation
- Offloading of materials
- General yard maintenance of ground and buildings
- Must be proficient with manual, air, electric, and hydraulic tools
- Complying with OSHA Safety Rules
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
