Maintenance Worker
Fullerton, CA
Position Summary:
Performs a wide range of duties involved with maintaining the company equipment and facilities.
Essential Duties:
- Paints interior and/or exterior of building as needed.
- Repairs drywall of agency’s facilities.
- Handles electrical, plumbing repairs.
- Replaces heater filters as needed.
- Handles general carpentry work as needed or requested.
- Repairs windows and/or screens as needed.
- Takes out trash.
- Performs other general maintenance duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Competencies required in general maintenance work, including some knowledge and experience in janitorial equipment and techniques. General information and experience related to carpentry, painting, electrical and mechanical repairs.
Additional Requirements:
- Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted California driver’s license.
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain required certifications and training.
- Must be capable of working with and relating to others as part of an interdisciplinary team.
