A Management Team Member at this specialized PANDORA Jewelry Store Franchise provides outstanding customer service in all aspects to ensure a loyal following of clients. You must be enthusiastic, high energy, ethical and have the ability to positively motivate others. You must enjoy people and be an ambassador. You must build a successful selling floor team, supervise and manage the division of responsibilities. Responsibilities will include: scheduling, inventory, payroll, training, day to day operations and record keeping, merchandising, and upkeep of the store.
Essential Functions:
- Create a positive culture and work environment
- Train, coach and motivate team to give the best possible customer service
- Lead by example for successful sales techniques, visual merchandising, clientelling, organization and ethical behavior
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and human resources
- Interprets Key Performance Indicator reports and delivers coaching as needed Motivate at all times, and resolve all issues promptly and professionally
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain store upkeep and repairs, communicate and facilitate maintenance as needed
Job Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years retail management experience (Sales; Luxury or Jewelry Sales preferred)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Regular attendance is essential
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
