Ensure operation adheres to safety, quality, regulatory, and service standards and is properly staffed and provisioned. Hire, train, coach and motivate all employees as they provided attentive and efficient service to customers. Assess employee performance, provide feedback, and develop employees in both their current role and for their next role. Assist customers with advice, sourcing, and services related to hardware, building, and construction materials. Choose optimum product mix specific to the needs of the San Luis Valley.
