As Manager, Employee Listening & Insights on our Talent Management team, you’ll help LS&Co. build a deep understanding of our global workforce and their experiences by owning the employee listening strategy to inform our people strategy and support our employees to do their best work to drive long-term success for LS&Co. through their talents and contributions.
Responsibilities:
Employee Listening:
- Execute LS&Co.’s employee listening strategy and be responsible for understanding the experience across the entire employee lifecycle
- Implement a cohesive, always-on listening strategy across the employee lifecycle (e.g., candidate experience surveys, onboarding surveys, hiring manager surveys, engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, exit surveys).
- Connect and integrate the listening strategy with key people enterprise initiatives across the organization such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Hybrid work.
- Synthesize disparate data sources to construct a fuller understanding of the employee experience
- Recommend actions based on analysis of the collected data, including the creation of plans, providing recommended learning resources, and personalized nudges.
- Advocate for the employee; use employee research to identify and make recommendations for how to best keep our employees engaged, productive, and effective in a constantly changing environment
- Closely partner with teams around the company (e.g., HR Communications, Corporate Affairs, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HRBPs, Org Leaders, etc.) to identify opportunities, communicate results to employees and leadership, and equip and empower people leaders
- Continuously improve LS&Co.’s listening data architecture, measurement strategies, privacy protection, and reporting practices.
- Ensure all appropriate data privacy, security, and controls requirements are incorporated into employee survey processes at LS&Co.
Insights:
- Manage the DE&I and Talent Data Analyst via a matrixed relationship
- Work in partnership with the DE&I and Talent Data Analyst to develop a DE&I and Talent Management data strategy
- Partner with DE&I and Talent Management leaders to understand their needs and deliver data solutions to promote strategic decisions and efficiency
The expected starting salary range for this role is $117,900 - $168,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
