The Customer Service Center (CSC) Learning and Development Team provides role-specific and continuous learning for over 1,800 North American CSC team members and leaders that build capabilities to drive profitable growth. You will own operational excellence, continuous improvement, and incorporation of impactful emerging trends for their area of practice – Design and Development.
You will report to Senior Manager, NA CSC Training. This hybrid role can be based in any of our customer contact centers located in Lake Forest, IL, Janesville, WI, Tempe, AZ or Waterloo, IA.

Oversee learning design and development across the entire learning portfolio including formal capability-building programs, large-scale projects, role-specific learning, and on-demand in-the-moment learning.

Champion disciplined use of learning frameworks and methodologies to design learning that drives performance improvement across the design team.

Champion standards and tools that inspire high-quality learning output and establishes connection points including clear handoffs and standard artifacts with other learning managers and team member groups.

Work with partners to prioritize and scope new work according to CSC priorities and analyze program-specific data and feedback.

Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Adult Education, or related fields is required. Continuing Education learning certifications desirable.

7+ years serving as a leader across multiple learning areas of practice with experience operationalizing and scaling.

Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience.

Proven process improvement experience (analytics and decision-making skills) to achieve results. Demonstrate employee development skills and team building.
