POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Under the direct guidance of the Department Director, oversees all clerical, administrative and general operational procedures of the Occupational Health Services Department. Responsible for building and maintaining a teamwork approach that actively involves Dameron Hospital and contract staff in providing the highest quality medical services to patients, client companies, insurance carriers and Dameron Hospital. Must be able to perform jobs in all patient care and operational areas subject to reasonable accommodations, also be able to employ all mandatory safety devices and procedures. This is a non-union position.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Five (5) years experience in a medical setting providing administrative/clerical and/or medical assistant functions required.

Previous management experience preferred.

Licenses/Certificates: none

Requirements:

Sexual Harassment training must be completed within 6 months of hire or promotion, and every year thereafter.
