We are currently searching for an experienced Manager of CST Services to support our CEI and Construction Management operations in Texas. This work is Statewide
What you’ll be doing:
- Direct construction engineering administration and inspection project/program primarily for transportation projects
- Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members; develop and/or review project specific policies, methods, practices, and procedures
- Review programs for conformance with Client standards
- Identify and pursue future opportunities
- Develop and maintain an excellent professional relationship with those organizations to facilitate both the successful completion of current ongoing projects and the successful pursuit of follow-on assignments
- Preparing proposals and estimates for new projects
- Reviewing technical work and reports prepared by others
- Managing projects so that schedules and budget are met
- Periodic visits to construction or work sites to perform inspections
What you need to have:
- Civil Engineering degree
- Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas
- 10 years of progressive experience in construction management
- Familiarity with TXDOT Policies and Procedures
- Must have a valid driver’s license
