Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager provides leadership to the Radiation Oncology department, while overseeing the day-to-day business and clinical operations, including ongoing clinical competence and staff development. Key responsibilities include:

1. Ongoing assessment and support of the clinical programs for the radiation oncology center and assuring optimal quality care, safety and outcomes for patients and families.

2. Supporting an interdisciplinary team approach to the overall delivery of care to patients and family members and facilitates an environment of collaboration and excellence.

3. Collaboration with the Director and other hospital leaders to ensure operations are strategically aligned with mission, vision, and values of the Sarah Cannon/HCA organization.

What qualifications you will need:

A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: RTT licensure preferred.

B. Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: Recent experience in a radiation oncology department with progressively increasing managerial/supervisory roles
