Manager, Retail Media Network Job at Casey's
Join Casey's Digital team in a new role as our Retail Media Network Manager! In this role, you'll lead our retail media network strategy, planning, and activation with internal and external partners. You'll enable omni-channel marketing which leverages our first party data and digital ecosystem. As the Retail Media Network Manager, you'll build our program value proposition, communicate it to external partners, and drive participation with CPG brands to generate incremental revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead Casey's overall retail media network program including technology platforms, system integration, campaign and creative process, approvals, and measurement.
- Lead relationship with AdTech partners including CitrusAd, Basis, and LiveRamp as it relates to our Retail Media Network platform. Lead development of multi-year roadmap to enhance our capabilities and position Casey’s to lead in the Convenience Retailer channel.
- Partner with Digital Marketing Team on the development and enrichment of our first-party dataset in order to build segments and audiences to activate against. Partner with Digital Commerce, Media Planning & Buying, and Advertising Team to leverage owned media, paid media, and store screens for activation campaigns.
- Lead omni-channel marketing campaigns in partnership with Digital, Advertising and Merchandising Teams as part of our sales planning process.
- Partner with Merchandising Team on joint business plans with CPG Vendors to ensure participation in our Retail Media Network program.
- Lead the development of our Retail Media Network process including end-to-end campaign planning, approvals, and measurement. Build change management plans as it relates to our existing Sales Planning, MAP, and creative planning process.
- Connect with CPG Vendors and establish relationships with Sales Teams, Shopper Marketing Teams, Media Buying Teams, and Brand Teams to connect CPG brand initiatives with Casey’s Retail Media Network. Build incremental revenue stream by capturing top-of-funnel marketing investments.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to generate ROI for campaigns. Provide frequent updates to leadership teams and stakeholders across the enterprise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
- At least seven years of relevant professional experience within Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising, or Agency Sales.
- Knowledge of Retail Marketing and Merchandising preferred.
- Prior experience with Financial Analysis.
- 25% travel required.
