Position Details:

• Operating injection blow mold and blow mold presses.
• Verifying order and labeling information.
• Removing product from press.
• Visually scanning parts for quality defects.
• Trimming excess plastic from parts as required.
• Following established procedures to reject nonconforming product.
• Completing daily production activity log.
• Maintaining a stable cycle and a clean work area.
• Moving finished product to designated areas.
• 1st Shift: 5:45am – 2:30pm (Monday – Friday with the possibility for early-morning mandatory overtime).
• 2nd Shift: 2:15pm – 11:00pm (Monday – Friday with the possibility for mandatory overtime).
• Earn $16.00-17.40/hour with a 0.50¢/hour pay increase upon full-time hire!
• This position is offering a $1000 Sign on Bonus, paid out in three increments - $200 after 30 days, $300 after 60 days, and $500 after 90 days.
• Special offers or promotions may be discontinued at any time.

Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion activities such as bending, stooping, pinching, and grasping.
• Previous factory experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to perform visual inspection on products for defects.
• Must have the ability to be cross-trained.
