We are seeking a Manufacturer Relations Senior Manager who is a high energy, strategic, forward-thinking, and a highly collaborative leader. This role will lead the execution and implementation of growth initiatives for select Manufacturers within a given category. This role will require you to excel at building relationships both external and internal and deliver on growth and revenue goals. Ideally, you are a highly proactive, organized, results-oriented team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic culture and environment.

This role will ideally be hybrid based out of either our Waltham, MA or Lake Worth, FL offices but it can also be based remotely. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

Your impact:

  • Manage a group of 10-12 External Manufacturer Partnerships daily
  • Maintain revenue of $17m - $25m annually
  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with assigned Manufacturers and fully immerse yourself in all aspects of their business
  • Deliver incremental sales growth by executing on Manufacturer sales, growth, and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate Manufacturer Strategy Sessions
  • Develop strategies to convert Manufacturer direct contracts to BEP contracts
  • Effectively communicate, manage, and track conversion opportunity activity results by consistently updating all sales reporting tools, according to required timelines
  • Conduct Manufacturer Business Reviews
  • Coordinate and conduct Manufacturer meetings (In-Person or Virtually), demos, regular check-ins, and prepare/present business reviews
  • Manage new Manufacturer contracts as assigned
  • Engage various Internal departments, and cross promote BEP companies to drive incremental growth and new revenue streams within a manufacturer
  • Increase product coverage to contract
  • Have knowledge of and use of all company systems, tools, and technology: Salesforce, Data Manager, Microsoft TEAMS

You bring:

  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Knowledge of the foodservice industry is required
  • Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO's) is required
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Stellar communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong management skills with experience to motivate teams and inspire ideas
  • Ability to think outside the box and challenge ideas
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of prioritization with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret data
