Description
Operators are responsible for running sputtering machines to metalize boards to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Loading and unloading pallets
Ensuring cleanliness of parts
Efficiently operate sputtering equipment
Some light etching (test coupons)
Proper DEKTAK usage
Inspections with and without microscope
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Ability to read and interpret linecard requirements
Excellent board handling abilities
Detail oriented
Strong time management
Ability to stay motivated
Technical problem solving
Must be able to multitask

One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting hourly pay for this role is $16.50.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining Knowles, cost of living in the assigned work location, assigned schedule, and salaries of similarly situated peers at the company. It is to be expected that candidates will come to us with different sets of skills and experiences and therefore will be paid at different points in the stated range.
