Manufacturing Process Controls Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Oversee factory advanced process control (APC) systems to reduce process variation and improve yields.
- Work as part of the factory process engineering team supporting high volume manufacturing of BAW, GaAs, and GaN technologies.
- Coordinate APC implementation and improvement projects with process and automation engineers.
- Develop process control models and algorithms to tune manufacturing processes based on historical data or equipment feedback loops.
- Implement FDC controls to ensure stable equipment performance.
- Must be experienced with Run-to-Run process model creation, validation, simulation and release.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skill sets.
- Experience with FDC equipment monitoring and control systems.
- Strong foundation in statistical process control.
- Strong background in database management and SQL code.
- Experience in programming and building custom software solutions is desirable.
- Semiconductor process engineering. equipment engineering, and process integration work experience is desirable.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience with automation control systems in a high volume and high product mix wafer fab environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
