The MM will report to the Program Manager and have frequent interaction with Client, Dispensaries and Educational Ambassadors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
People Development Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire and train quality Educational Ambassadors who are knowledgeable about the client's products
- Conduct regular training of Educational Ambassadors to ensure their knowledge on brand standards and execution guidelines
- Provide Educational Ambassadors with clear direction, expectations and constructive feedback to improve execution standards and results on all promotions
- Communicate all event standards to ensure successful execution
- Manage and monitor the Educational Ambassadors budget spends daily
- Closely monitor and track all promotions and special events
- Motivate Educational Ambassadors to display great attitudes and leave a positive brand impression on the consumer
- Provide strong leadership skills to develop personnel
- Become a well -rounded and educated advocate for client
- Understand the competitive landscape in order to develop important relationships in all markets and have an advantage against other competitors
Client Relationship Responsibilities:
- Become the single point of contact for the client and dispensaries
- Ensure that TEAM Enterprises objectives clearly align with Client's objectives
- Maintain regular contact and communication between client personnel and TEAM Enterprises
- Meet with client to gather information to maintain product and industry knowledge
- Ensure clear and open lines of communication
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with key TEAM, client, and local Sales Force
Field Execution responsibilities:
- Book PADs based on client- supplied account list
- Staff all PADs with assigned geographic area of responsibility
- Spot check a minimum of 33% of monthly promotions to ensure TEAM quality standards are in line with client's expectations
- Ensure the Educational Ambassadors have the necessary training and materials prior to PADs
- Manage Promotional materials
- Staff and assist any brand, trade or special events in market
- Conduct regular debriefing sessions with Educational Ambassadors to evaluate the effectiveness of current program
- Share insights, feedback and key learnings with program Manager on a weekly basis
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Track event execution as a percentage of target/ goal
- Responsibly manage and communicate to TEAM all assigned company and client equipment and assets
- If applicable: Responsible for approving all area lead time cards
- Compete all paperwork and meet administrative deadlines
- Manage all informational setsquares of field personnel, and recap key takeaways for TEAM management
- Maintain an accurate log of all applicable state licensing requirement
- Maintain an accurate inventory of client assets including point of sale and giveaways
- Understand and ensure compliance with all state rules and regulations
WAYS TO STAND OUT IN THE CROWD
- Must be at least 21 years of age to apply for this role
- Must be able to dedicate 30+ hours a week
- Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong ability to develop and execute appropriate promotional plans in targeted bars/restaurants/liquor stores
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and ability to motivate others in the sale and promotion of Rum brands
- Familiarity with the market and key accounts catering to the targeted consumers; well-connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals in the focus market Familiarity with all social media platforms
- Responsible and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and good time management in order to properly plan and manage a variety of tasks (academic and work)
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to coordinate efforts with distributor personnel including orders, delivery and merchandising support
- Be able to work a flexible schedule in line with the bar/restaurant trade- this isn’t your regular 9-5
- Knowledge of the liquor industry is a plus
- Basic knowledge of the three-tier system for liquor sales and basic distributor operations a plus
