About the Industry:

We are a Home Health / Caregiving Agency with a team of field clinicians scheduled to deliver services to patients within their homes. We service mostly senior clients throughout Los Angeles County. We thrive off receiving referrals and building relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing agencies, and other medical facilities.

We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and dependable individual to assist with Marketing Coordination and organization. The marketing assistant will handle a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure marketing goals are met. Applicant must demonstrate an ability to follow-through on projects, strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Field Operations and Manager to understand home health business objectives and create marketing plans that will contribute to the achievement of those objectives
  • Develop and implement marketing programs and activities, working closely with Manager and the home health team, to drive referrals from local facilities, increase consideration and awareness of our agency, and educate referring sources and clients about services offered.
  • Strategizing, building, and executing integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail, faxing, phone calls, and other channels as you see fit
  • Analyze performance across marketing channels, monitor competition, and track performance against marketing and business goals to measure impact and improve effectiveness of campaigns and identify marketing opportunities.
  • Keep track of the various marketing activities including scheduling, completing, documenting, and establishing follow up tasks
  • Organize weekly reports/analysis addressing marketing progress and monthly review with Manager.
  • Participate during in-person or digital zoom meetings as needed
  • Potentially may need to travel to key contacts to assist with completing marking goals as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Pay DOE.

Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft, Word, Excel, Gmail, Salesforce, ConstantContact, SmartOffice, and readily able to learn and adapt to the use of new software
  • Demonstrates strong ability for consistent and dependable follow up skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communications skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to adapt to change and multitask
  • Ability to solve problems with innovative thinking, decision making, and resilience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
