Job Scope:

The Marketing and Promotions Coordinator is responsible for assisting the marketing manager in coordinating and executing on-site and online marketing strategy as well as making daily marketing calls to automotive dealers.

Responsibilities:

• Focus primarily on making phone calls to automotive dealerships daily.
• Works with Marketing Manager on client-centric approach to email strategy and execution, call outreach, and social media, in support of local and national initiatives.
• Understands strategic marketing plans for key accounts and implement plans as needed.
• Builds relationships with key dealer and commercial clients.
• Report on sale performance and solicit feedback from clients to assist Marketing Manager in building strategic marketing plans.
• Works within analytical reporting tools in order to understand and convey auction performance and return on marketing investment.
• Works in auction lanes on sale days to execute marketing offer(s) for commercial and dealer accounts.
• Ensures projects and day-to-day tasks are delivered on time, within budget and are in alignment with auction and regional goals and priorities.

Qualifications

• 
  Exceptional time management skills to maximize phone calls each day
• Effective communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills required
• Min of 1 year marketing, telemarketing and or communications role experience
• Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
• Some graphics software experience exposure to software such as Canva, Publisher, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw or similar helpful but not required
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time on sale day or other days as necessary to handle promotional tables or events
• Valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of sports events and local Ohio popular events
• Successful Background Check

Pay: $17 per hour
