We’re a small marketing department with big goals and insufficient time or people to accomplish them. If you’re an energetic, multitalented, flexible marketer who wants to learn and grow on the job, we want to meet you. We’re looking for someone with practical, applicable graphic and digital design skills that can be applied to a variety of media. And we need someone who likes working on projects and being responsible for seeing them through to completion.

We need someone who can create the following:

  • ads, flyers, brochures
  • physical and digital banners, signs
  • sales materials, catalogs
  • website graphics
  • display/merchandising signs
  • presentations, videos
  • branding materials (e.g., letterhead, business cards)
  • Brand applications for trucks, interior/exterior signs, swag items, etc.
  • Other needs as they arise

Just as importantly, we need help and support with the following:

  • Get printing quotes, manage deadlines, coordinate with printer, prepare artwork.
  • Assist in the coordination of counter promotions, special events, and corporate events
  • Distribute physical and digital marketing and promotional materials to branches.
  • Proofread written and digital materials.
  • Update and distribute monthly customer-facing directory (Google slides).
  • Build and maintain customer and prospect mailing lists.
  • Social media posting, marketing emails, and website updates.
  • Handle swag requests, ship to branches/people, maintain accurate inventory
  • Take photos of buildings or people.
  • Observe and make suggestions for improving our processes and practices
  • Other duties as assigned.

Must Haves:

  • Applications – Know how to use InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and WordPress. Or be able to learn quickly.
  • · Excellent communication skills – Never be afraid to ask questions, verify, or confirm. Then report in frequently.
  • Sense of humor – We work hard but like to laugh
  • Ability to lift to 40 lbs. – Sometimes, we have to pack and send big things. But not that often.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)
