Brand Manager - Construction Services
$80,000 to $100,000 Starting Salary - Bonus Eligible
Privately-owned company primarily focused in the multi-family and commercial construction. Within the last 10 years, the company has focused on increased market share and expanded overall capabilities. As a result, our client currently has 11 operating companies, and 17 physical locations across the United States.
Our Opportunity
- Lead brand project initiatives across all elements of the marketing mix, interacting with and managing/influencing other functions within Scotts to deliver against project objectives.
- Gain a deep understanding of a brand, the competitive landscape, and its key business objectives to deliver growth strategy through qualitative analysis and quantitative data
- Help develop media plans, ensure alignment to brand budgets and profitability
- Developing data driven recommendations using relevant sales and market data
- Flexibility to contribute at all levels of the business from high-level strategy to the day-to-day hands-on operations
- Utilize insights from multiple sources to discover opportunities and strategies and well as assist with strategic reporting needs
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years progressive experience in marketing, design and promotion.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and current trends.
- Experience integrating consistent marketing strategy across multiple channels.
- Product development and project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage/coach/develop others
- Relevant experience with and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Content Management systems, social media, and analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel up to 20%
