Qualifications:

  • (Preferred) 2 years of customer service experience minimum
  • (Preferred) 2 years of marketing or related experience or related field minimum
  • (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, English or related field
  • Spanish is a plus

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8 am to 5 pm

Primestones is a premier stone provider in South Florida. We have three locations: Miami, West Palm Beach, and Deerfield Beach. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a full-time position.

Summary: We are seeking a creative, organized and forward-thinking individual to join our growing marketing department. In this role, you will be highly involved in the development and implementation of various marketing strategies for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Drive creation and manage distribution of Primestones merchandising and visual assets and evolve effectiveness of merchandising/branding elements to achieve an impactful customer experience.
  • Partner closely with General Managers for each location to ensure seamless communication and execution across all touchpoints.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns, identifying target audiences, assisting in the development of marketing plans with specific objectives.
  • Needs to be able to adjust to different situations and clientele such as fabricators, homeowners, designers, etc. Quick learner in order to understand our product and the industry so that you are able to speak to the product and assist customers by providing knowledge and presenting the product in a professional manner.
  • Attend company related events as well as spearhead events effectively.
  • Coordinate and orchestrate photoshoots and video shoots
  • Create relevant content for social media platforms i.e. Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
  • Maintaining and developing brand awareness and online presence. Maintain company website and its functions including SEO.
  • Partner with the design team to create and execute new ideas.
  • Networking at various company events such as: Magazine events, company sponsored events, company hosted events.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with those in the industry and various trades
  • Generate, edit, publish and share content daily
  • Assist the owner with any additional tasks that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management as well as ability to manage multiple people.
  • Self- Starter with the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines and prioritize projects effectively.
  • Highly detail- oriented with strong organizational and follow up skills.
  • Highly motivated with strong decision making skills
  • Sense for colors/creativity. Confident in your visual ability to discern about ads in magazines, our various social media platforms, and our website.
  • Interest in stone and interior design; knowledge of the stone business is not required but preferred
  • Excellent mastery of the English language, Spanish is a bonus. Comfortable writing copy for blogs, posts on IG, and generally have the ability to articulate information well.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers/clients in the industry
  • Strong presentation skills and needs to be comfortable speaking in business meetings and presentations.
  • Strong Relationship management, interpersonal skills and resourcefulness (ability to operate successfully with limited budgets and people resources).
  • Perform additional duties as required or requested
  • Research and analyze customer needs and demands based on market information
  • Must have the potential and desire to assume increased responsibility.
  • Available to travel for relevant presentations, company meetings, etc.

Willingness to travel: 40% - 60% locally, to other locations if needed
