We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Creative team.

In this position, you will:

• Work with Director to establish priorities and manage throughput to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist in concept ideations and selections for national commercials and TV integrations (think Dr. Phil, Tamron Hall, and more!)
• Manage timelines and communications with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Facilitate stakeholder and compliance reviews, responding to and implementing feedback
• Execute regular industry and competitor reviews and disseminate findings to the team
• Join productions on set, in person as needed (occasional travel required)
• Keep production trackers, databases, checklists, and calendars up to date
• Manage weekly production meetings, agendas, follow ups

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be based in our Fort Lee, NJ office and report to the Production Director.

What you’ll need to land the gig

• BS, BA, or equivalent experience
• Project management experience is a plus but not required
• Experience in a television setting or production environments is a plus but not required - we’re happy to train you!
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships across teams
• Ability to multitask, work with direction to set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
