Marketing Coordinator for Restore Hair

We are RESTORE HAIR. You have probably seen our billboards and ads all over town, including many celebrities and athletes showing off their new heads of hair thanks to us. RESTORE is an exciting, fast paced, and fun company. Due to growth, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with experience in Lead Generation to join our corporate Oak Brook office.

Hybrid Position – Work in the Oak Brook Office 1-2 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Create branded advertising campaigns, and work with the design teams by coordinating and collating content.
• Create, Maintain, and grow the overall brand through all media channels. Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.
• Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
• Help negotiate media coverage and work with outside contractors/companies.
• Assist with tracking all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
• Assist & manage the special offering and coordinate with all departments.
• Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) through a traditional lead funnel.
• Develop and review A/B testing on all platforms
• Closely monitor social channels & review sites to ensure the company maintains a positive online reputation.
• Generate compelling editorial content such as articles, blog posts, newsletters, and podcasts to establish and broaden awareness of our brand.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field
• 2+ years minimum experience in Marketing
• Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
• Must be a proactive worker with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workflow
• Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
• Acknowledgement of Content Management Systems (CMS) - preferred some salesforce experience.
• Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
• Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft programs, to include but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
