R1 Industries is looking for a competent Marketing Director to lead the organization’s marketing ventures. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional that is familiar with fast growing businesses who generate $10M+ a year. The right person will have a passion for the job and be able to employ unique marketing techniques. He/She will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in other team members.

The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to become an industry leader.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.

- Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.

- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.

- Plan and maximize paid marketing campaigns.

- Monitor progress and submit performance reports to ownership team.

- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence.

- Conduct general market research and be aware of competitor’s marketing movements.

- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst marketing channels.

- Manage the companies image and implement social media management.

- Create / maintain email marketing campaigns & flows .

- Formulate Seo / Key Word strategys

- Create catchy content that fits the company image.

- Work with ownership team to develop website flows and content.

- Work directly with owner & sales to implement marketing strategies.

This is an in house position only.

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Requirements and skills:

- You must be an expert and be familiar with fast growing companies generating over $10M+ in revenue.

- Proven experience as Marketing Director

- Excellent leadership and organizing skills

- Analytical and creative thinking

- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills

- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices

- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords

- Customer-oriented approach

- MBA / BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field is a plus.

- Pay starts between $88k - $120k/yr depending on experience.
