Does Marketing and Marketing Technology EXCITE you? This position offers the BEST of both worlds - 50% time working in our Murfreesboro, TN office and other balance from home?

We’re looking for a key Marketing Specialist to join our team in our effort to build the Elam brand and generate more sales opportunities AND support our agents. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. This position will be a marketing *jack-of-all-trades*, handling a variety of marketing and system integration tasks on a daily basis. They will maximize ROI by exploring new SaaS products and bringing new ideas to the table, as well as implementing them and bringing the team on board.

Highly competitive compensation depends on experience and will range between $40,000 - $60,000 per year Plus a performance bonus. With quarterly performance bonus, 100k+!

Compensation:

$45,000 - $65,000 yearly + Bonuses

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
  • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
  • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
  • Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
  • Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries

  • Self-Starter who works well independently BUT enjoys collaboration
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials
  • Attends creative briefings, participates in brainstorm meetings
  • Know and understand Advertising campaigns ( ROI )
  • Know Facebook algorithm in and out / Know Google ads ( very different ).
  • Be able to analyze all campaigns being ran and making sure we are maximizing the returns
  • Branding / Helping our sales Dir Recruit local talent
  • Function as the Creative/Brand Manager - providing guidance and feedback on brand initiatives
  • Manage our Zapier and Integromat Automations
  • Maximize ROI by seeking out new SaaS solutions and automating tasks
  • Manage online presence including the website, business listings (Google My Business), and online advertising (some of this has been outsourced but understanding reports and keeping vendors accountable will be part of the job)
  • Introduce new products to our real estate agents and bring contractors on board with those changes
  • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
  • Easy attractive recruiting funnels created
  • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
  • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potentials buyers
  • Update all Social Media Platforms and respond to followers
  • Support the company and agents by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted according to help ensure company growth
  • Plan and organize ALL Team Events, take photos, and then market on social media
  • Retargeting and updating list on social media to retarget there
  • Excel sheet formulas, tracking software, all systems talking
  • Troubleshoot technology problems and build cases for vendors
  • Ability to be "on-call" to help address possible urgent issues
  • Detailed-oriented and organized, able to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver on strict deadlines

Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
  • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
  • Advanced knowledge of current market trends
  • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required

  • 2 years of experience preferred, in marketing/brand management or related field
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have home office set-up with PC and reliable high-speed internet service
  • Deep understanding of business metrics and how they're calculated
  • Must be personable and able to work one-on-one with agents, staff, and outside vendors
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel / Google Spreadsheets
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Video and photo editing experience/skills preferred
  • Knowledge of automation programs, such as Zapier and Integromat preferred
  • Ability to edit HTML/CSS preferred
  • Background in real estate marketing is a Huge plus
  • Must have a desire to Always be learning and improving
