Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Marketing Specialist. This position is responsible for the coordination of strategic marketing plans to meet Amica’s growth goals, under the direction of the Sr. Marketing Manager – Strategy & Operations. This role will support the development of marketing product development efforts, coordinating opportunities and providing strategic recommendations. They will coordinate key research initiatives with a variety of vendors, producing actionable insights to aid in strategic marketing decisions. They will also work closely with inter-departmental stakeholders and external agencies to coordinate, align and communicate key marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product development efforts within the Marketing Department specific to new and existing coverage and endorsements.
• Lead key research initiatives with a variety of vendors to uncover key marketing insights to be used in marketing strategic decision making.
• Support regular communication with external agency partners on key priorities and work to streamline objectives and timelines for media and creative integration.
• Aid in the coordination of third – party recognition platforms (ex: J.D Power, Forbes, Trustpilot, etc)
• Identify key media and creative testing opportunities and leverage results to make business decisions.
• May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Insurance product knowledge preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of research testing experience preferred
• 5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Experience in marketing strategy preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
