Club Champion is a premium golf club fitting and building company that is growing rapidly and is the #1 player in the industry. We work with customers to fit their golf swing and then custom build every club. Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with the customer to ensure a positive club fitting experience
• Use TrackMan launch monitor and SAM PuttLab to analyze each customer’s swing
• Demonstrate knowledge of all vendors equipment including heads, shafts, and grips
• Club-building and repair
• Oversee the sales process from start to finish including closing the customer, submitting the order through Salesforce, communicating with our operations and build teams to ensure product is built accurately and delivered in a timely manner, and following-up with the customer after the sale
• Increase store revenue and profitability through a proven process
• No more folding shirts!

Desired skills and experience:

• Club fitting experience with launch monitor experience required
• Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred
• Knowledgeable about golf equipment including components and brands
• Passionate, outgoing, coachable, and customer focused
