Responsibilities:
· Provide a unique club fitting experience to clients focusing on their needs and preferences
· Evaluate the client’s game and determine new avenues to improve their equipment and increase sales
· Use TrackMan launch monitor and SAM PuttLab to analyze each customer’s swing
· Staying up to date on current golf club, shaft, and grip products to implement in fittings
· Meet strict club building and repair procedures for clients and demo equipment
· Use Salesforce to manage current and past customer sales
· Increase store performance by having an entrepreneur approach on increasing business with new, existing, and future clients

Desired skills and experience:
· Experience in a high-pressure sales environment
· Experience in providing customer service
· Entrepreneur approach to generating new business from networking
· Club fitting experience using launch monitors and current fitting equipment is preferred
· Strong understanding current technology in golf including components and equipment is preferred
· Success oriented, engaging personality, and desire to help store reach target revenue
· Passionate about golf and desire to establish career in the golf equipment industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
