Harris & Bruno International (H&B) is seeking a full time Master Scheduler.

This Individual Will Be Expected To:

• Collaborates with sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve customer needs.
• Create and maintain production schedule to ensure production of finished goods in a timely and efficient manner.
• Plan the manufacturing timeline of components based on promised delivery dates.
• Maintain balanced workload and accurate production schedule for various machining centers.
• Communicate with and act as a liaison between Production, Inventory Control, Engineering, Sales, and Service Departments to resolve complaints, provide estimated completion dates, ensure timely updates of engineering change notices, and eliminate potential delays.
• Provide documentation and information regarding delays and difficulties in achieving the production plan.
• Compile reports for the management team.
• Monitor backorder reports.
• Coordinate with production regarding staffing requirements, work center loading, and potential outsourcing requirements.
• Monitor production data such as production volumes, workloads, quality control measures, and raw material consumption and use information for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and schedule work orders and routers prior to releasing them to the production and inventory control teams.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Technical aptitude.

Education and/or Experience

• 5 plus years of related experience.
• Education in Supply Chain Management a plus.
• Experience in a LEAN Manufacturing environment a plus.
