Master Trainer, Lead Trainer for TCC-FSR NET (Mgr, Field Svc. M4):

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a full time employee to work as a Hostile Forces Tagging Tracking and Locating (HF-TTL) New Equipment Training Master Trainer and Team Lead in support of a DoD contract providing technical equipment training and support to SOCOM end users. Main office in Clarksville, Tn, with offices near Ft. Bragg, N.C., and Macdill, AFB, Tampa, Fl.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

[if !supportLists]· [endif]Supervise New Equipment Training Teams that support the TCC-FSR Program.

[if !supportLists]· Train SOF military personnel on various equipment, technical capabilities and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) for utilizing TCC-FSR equipment.

[if !supportLists]· Provide tailored training as needed on specialized technical equipment

[if !supportLists]· Maintain and configure HF-TTL team equipment used for class prep and NET support.

[if !supportLists]· Travel CONUS and OCONUS to military customer locations

[if !supportLists]· Subject Matter Expertise with Tagging, Tracking and Locating equipment, Technical Audio Visual Surveillance equipment and Tactical Communications Equipment.

Required Skills:

[if !supportLists]· Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance

[if !supportLists]· Retired or former Special Operations soldier minimum 5 years of United States military experience in a similar capacity, SOF Combat experience, and experience with technical information collection equipment to support War on Terrorism objectives

[if !supportLists]· [endif]Experience with web-based applications including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and various viewing software programs such as: FalconView, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets and Trips, and Map Printability to travel independently and operate for periods of time without supervision

[if !supportLists]· [endif]CONUS and OCONUS travel requirements to support home station and deployed Units

Typically requires:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions:

Requires advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or

systems in order to provide enhancements within job area. Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years

prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a

minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
