Our fast-growing and purpose-driven company is looking for a full time Materials Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who will join our incredible dream team and take full ownership for creating objectives toward developing the material coordinator role. This role leads the client through the material journey of a project.

The successful candidate has a proven track record of excellent communication skills and experience with tight deadlines. This position goes above and beyond to keep this process simple for the client. The successful candidate is coordinating materials on time, accurate quantities are being ordered and clear communication is being made with the team and the client at all times. This role works closely with the company’s sales team to ensure all deadlines are being met. This candidate enjoys working with numbers and isn’t afraid to get down and dirty with a spreadsheet.

Requirements/experience wanted:
· Strength with basic formulas and functions in Excel · Experience in the construction industry and basic knowledge
· Strong mathematical skills with regards to geometrical of construction material calculations and reviewing for accuracy · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized and detail oriented in following schedules · 1-2 years experience of project management or admin work and anticipating schedules · Not an entry-level position
· Data driven analytical thinker · Salary $45,000 - $48,000 *based on experience
