Full-Time $17/hour + $0.50 raise after 90 days + $1,250 retention bonus*

A successful team member in meat packaging will be responsible for a variety of tasks including de-linking cooked sausage, bulk sausage packaging, hand-packing cases, palletizing/labeling finished product, opening finished goods for repackaging, and other tasks.

You will report to the Packaging Team Leader and work 6am-4pm Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on production needs.

Pay is bi-weekly.

Requirements

• Willing to be engaged in safety practices
• Work in a cold environment (40-45 degrees)
• Repeatedly lift up to 40lbs
• Willingness to rotate through a variety of jobs

Retention Bonus

Must work one full calendar year to be eligible for full retention bonus pay out.
