QUALIFICATIONS
1. Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients.
2. Excellent communications and human relation skills.
3. Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
4. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
5. Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions and exhibit flexibility when needed.
6. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
Tolerant of interruptions and flexible when changes occur - may be subjected to verbal or physical outbursts from residents.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
1. Minimum age of 18 years old is required.
2. High school graduate or G.E.D. is required.
3. Has successfully completed the State of Wisconsin approved Medication Administration Assistant training program, and is certified by the State of Wisconsinfor medication administration.
5. Has successfully completed course work in measuring and recording blood pressure and radial pulse.
6. Must maintain a valid CNA certification.
Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Temporary
Pay: $18.70 - $21.25 per hour
