First Media’s Performance Marketing division is one of the fastest-growing full-service Direct Response agencies. Our production team is a powerhouse of relatable video content for a modern-day opt-in viewer, specializing in new and iterative DR video ads that drive massive scale for our partners. We use data to make informed decisions around creative video storytelling — rather than having the data work for us. This means we are constantly looking at Facebook and other social marketing performance data to optimize and streamline creative decisions to give our direct-to-consumer clients the best chance of success in the marketplace to grow their client base. We are seeking an experienced, strategic Media Buyer with Paid Social (Facebook) experience with a proven track record of driving significant growth through the execution of performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a curious, proactive team player, capable of juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight schedules with enthusiasm and grace.
Schedule: While this role is a full-time, 40-hour remote position, the schedule may call for some non-traditional working hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
You will:
- Set up and execute paid social media campaigns to increase awareness and drive new user acquisition for our e-commerce properties
- Provide feedback and collaborate with our in-house editors and producers on ad creation
- Continuously measure, test, and optimize campaign performance
- Ensure proper pacing and maximum delivery of campaign budgets
- Produce and present campaign performance reports to a cross-functional team
- Stay informed of digital marketing trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years in paid social marketing, preferably at an agency
- Expert at Facebook Ads Manager; Youtube, Snapchat, and Tik Tok experience is a plus
- Experience launching, developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc)
- Strong analytical skills: gauge what’s working and what’s not, then optimize (strong Excel skills are a plus)
- Self-starter with effective time management, ability to juggle multiple projects, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and a willingness to learn
