Manpower is hiring for Machine Operator, an American multinational medical devices and healthcare company our client, in MINNETONKA, MN. Pay rate is $18.75, and we currently are hiring for 1st Shift.

Monday to Thursday
4:45 AM to 3:15 PM
What is the Job?
- Responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
- Working under close supervision, may perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.
- Performs routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideal candidate would be someone who has previous medical industry manufacturing experience or general hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Cleanroom and catheter build experience is preferred.
- Some machine operating experience
- Candidate needs to be able to read machine operating procedures, understand verbal instructions, and be able voice their ideas.
