We are looking for an exceptional Medical Assistant to join our team of Integrative Medicine in a very experience-oriented practice. We believe in our team and your ability to help us provide high quality, compassionate care to the patients and their families we serve. We're looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks.

As our Medical Assistant, you are the first person a patient interacts within our clinic, whether by phone or when entering the practice. You play a pivotal role in ensuring patients have a great experience from the moment they schedule an appointment to when they leave the office.

• Proficient in starting IVs and Phlebotomy
• Excellent scribing capability
• Capable to draw labs and process lab as directed
• Manages all front office functions including patient relations with excellent customer service, check-in, scheduling, and answering phone calls.
• Manages filing and retrieving medical records and patient information.
• Must be knowledgeable of medical clinic treatments and procedures and be able to explain in a clear, compassionate manner.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) plus willingness to learn and master other computer programs if required.
• Must be able to handle a variety of duties, have the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Must be able to assist in clinical when needed with triage, documentation, and injections,etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
