About the Role: Medical Assistant | Full-Time

We are looking for enthusiastic medical assistants that are customer service-oriented, trained to do EKG, phlebotomy, obtain vital signs and knowledgeable in HIPAA rules and regulations.

We like our medical assistants to be able to document and register patients information, assist in the front desk to ensure all patients are well-attended, and able to verify insurances.

We're looking for individuals that are self-starters, driven, and passionate about technology – but also know that work should have a good balance of challenge and fun.

Being multilingual is always a plus!

What you'll be doing:

Make a difference every day you come to work: You will be answering patient questions and concerns with a sense of urgency and kindness, both on the telephone and in person. You’ll be welcoming and provide exemplary customer service to all our patients.

Building relationships: Your kind and detail-oriented approach will help you better understand the challenges your customer is facing and help you find solutions that are tailored to their needs. Your work will help keep our patients happy and healthy!

Growing personally & professionally: From our interns to our CEO, we expect everyone to have a desire to continuously improve. You'll learn from your teammates, your customers, and your managers. Coaching is a constant, and success is a team sport!
