Aspiring Medical Student, Nurse Practitoner, Physicians Assistant

An incredible and immediate clinical/administrative opportunity for an applicant who is exploring a career in medicine or currently looking to apply to medical school or an advanced clinical program and desires extraordinary on-the-job, extensive medical experience to reinforce your application. You will be supporting private practice physicians in an unique multispecialty office in San Francisco with plans to expand to San Ramon.

Experience as a medical assistant, in-person medical scribe or an emergency medical technician is a plus. Other applicants with an interest in entering the healthcare industry are also encouraged to apply.

The San Francisco office is a well-established location in the upper Nob Hill neighborhood. It currently includes a highly credentialed gynecologic robotic surgeon and Physician Assistant and eventually a walk-in primary care offering for the community.

This will provide you a daily, wide and rich didactic program for anyone committed to learning about medicine and patient care at all levels and a mix of specialties. There is abundant one-on-one interaction with the physicians for someone who also thrives with a great degree of independent decision making, autonomy, and creativity.

The position can be part time or full time (2- 5 days a week). We offer competitive compensation and benefits for full-time staffincluding medical, dental, vision, 401k and potentially an opportunity to enroll in certified training programs in medical coding and scribing.

The office is new, bright, clean, and friendly. All systems are crisp and in place to provide a personalized, employee and patient-centric experience that is calm and human, and not an assembly line. This site is totally electronic with an advanced electronic health record system, focused on medical consults and minor procedures. Surgeries are all done off site.
