Medical Billing Specialist Overview:
- Maximize reimbursements for the cost of care provided by our clinical staff
- Prepare, audit, correct, and submit claims to third-party payers
- Monitor insurance aging for red flags and collections
- Complete outbound collection calls
- Data Entry of patient demographic information
Medical Billing Specialist Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a revenue cycle department is a must
- Willingness to work in an office environment Monday-Friday
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Demonstrated abilities to work autonomously and collaborate with teammates
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
