Medical Collections Support Job at The Goodkind Group
As a Collection Specialist at our company, your main responsibility will be to manage and collect outstanding accounts receivables from clients and customers. In addition, you will be responsible for other aspects of collections, resolving customer bill problems, and reducing the amount of accounts receivables.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve Billing Issues
- Update account status records
- Mailing out of regular mail from the collection floor
- Handling of Medical Correspondence and documentation
- Cash posting and End of Month reporting
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
Requirements
- Proved experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of billing procedures
- Knowledge of various collection techniques
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Databases
- Knowledge of collection laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
