Hello! Here at Quantum Pain & Sports Medicine, we are seeking to hire a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. No previous medical experience is required and training will be provided. You are expected to perform routine administrative duties and front office assignments in order to keep our medical clinic running efficiently and smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients professionally both on the phone and in-person
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine front office tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with clients for proper billing and medical records
- Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (any roles or experience in customer service)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, eClinicalWorks
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
