ProCare LTC Pharmacy is seeking a Medical Record Assistant to work out of our Southborough, MA office.
Salary: $18- 22/ hour commensurate on experience
Schedule: Monday -Friday 9-5:30pm (40 hours) No holidays or weekends!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail oriented, and driven individual to join our team! The medical records assistant is responsible for providing support to the Medical Records Department. The main job duties for this position will be:
- Scanning orders into the computer
- Entering pass times (hour of administration times)
- Printing Medical records on white paper
- Verifying orders on white paper ensuring they are correct
- Reviewing orders ensuring the appropriate areas are properly filled out
- Assisting the Medical Records Specialist with packing monthly medical edits for delivery
Qualifications
- Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English.
- At least 1 year of experience is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software.
- Must pass criminal/ drug background investigation and reference inquiry.
