Medical Sales Associate (Entry Level)

Serenity is seeking an empathetic and educational sales associate for our Lehi, UT clinic. In this role, you get the opportunity to help patients take back their lives by providing support and compassion while gathering essential information to direct their experience. As a sales associate, you will act as a liaison and own the initial communication to the providers on behalf of our patients.
Other Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of patient care through compassion and understanding.
- Gather, review, and verify all pertinent information in relation to the patient and their visit.
- Communicate directly with participating healthcare providers regarding patient’s care.
- Demonstrate compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients.
- Educate our patients on the treatment options Serenity provides.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain resilience in difficult situations.
- 1+ year of experience in a full-time customer service role.

Full-time (3 13-hour shifts)
Location:
Lehi, UT
Office Hours:
Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm
