OnSpot Dermatology is seeking a driven candidate to join its growing sales and marketing team! The world’s first mobile dermatology clinic is expanding, and we are looking for an individual who will help grow our existing territories and develop new ones.

Our team does this by bringing its state-of-the-art mobile clinics to new locations daily, where patients receive dermatology care from world-class medical providers at our accessible and convenient Derma Drive™ events. The sales and marketing team is instrumental in identifying these communities, companies and organizations where the clinic will offer its services.

We are looking for a proactive and creative teammate who wants to make a difference in the lives of others. In this role, you will identify the locations and people to whom OnSpot’s services will deliver the greatest impact, by setting up meetings with communities and companies to fill up the monthly Derma Drive™ calendar. You will work closely with leadership to create new opportunities for the business, and your efforts will build out our Derma Drive™ calendar.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and prospect new community and company partners
  • Reach out to and engage with Lifestyle Directors, General Managers, CFOs, Benefits Directors, HR professionals and Property Managers alike
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align on messaging and outbound sales/marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with Partner Success Representative to ensure successful Derma Drives™ and build long term relationships with community and company partners
  • Develop expertise in existing service areas (territories) to identify untapped opportunities
  • Establish the first point of contact with individuals and organizations in an effort to build long term partnerships for the company
  • Travel in territory to meet with accounts face to face

Qualifications:

  • Experience with business development (research, lead generation, outbound sales and marketing efforts)
  • Growth-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and interest in joining an early-stage startup
  • Willingness to display flexibility in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment
  • Team player who wants to learn
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Google Workspace is a plus
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to meet with new community and company partners in the territory.
  • Organization and time management efforts are a priority
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
