We're looking for a Membership Coordinator to join our team and help us grow our membership base. As our Membership Coordinator, you'll be responsible for building relationships with current members and reaching out to potential members to get them excited about joining our community.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Developing and implementing membership recruitment strategies
• Maintaining member records and databases
• Providing exceptional customer service to members and prospects
• Collaborating with our marketing team to create promotional materials

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be outgoing, energetic, and have a knack for persuasion. You should be comfortable working with people from all walks of life and have excellent communication skills.

Salary: $20.00/hour + monthly bonus opportunities for meeting department goals. Total compensation with bonuses $55k-$75k.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and be computer savvy
• Show empathy when dealing with member concerns
