Position Overview:

The Men’s Locker Room Server/Attendant position provides exceptional service to our Members and guests by attending to their requests and handling food and beverage serving duties. In this position, attention to detail and is essential to maintain the 5-star standards of the Men’s Locker Room. The Men’s Locker Room Server/Attendant will report to the Director of Locker Rooms & Wellness.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in the Locker Room.
• Provide an exceptional dining experience for our Members and guests. This includes taking orders, serving, and managing drink orders.
• Ensure necessary amenities are always readily available for Members and guests.
• Certain housekeeping responsibilities include, but are not limited to, garbage removal, sanitizing areas, folding linen, dusting, vacuuming, polishing glassware.
• Clean and wipe down wet areas such as the steam room, showers, and hot tubs after each use.
• Maintain professional interaction with our Members and guests while respecting privacy.
• Serve, place accurate orders, and close out tickets for Members and guests with food and beverage requests.
• Complete Member and guest requests such as dinner reservations and golf tee times.
• Interact and communicate with each department at the Club to ensure the highest quality of customer service for our Members and guests.
• Maintain a complete understanding of all Club events and activities for our Members and guests during their visit.
• Keep an accurate inventory count of amenity items and supplies for the Locker Room.

• Duties will be spent indoors with some outdoor activity. Proper safety procedures will be in place and followed with some exposure to high and low temperatures, fast movement, dinnerware cleaning, pushing/pulling, standing/sitting, and direct contact with cleaning chemicals and solvents.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to individually connect and engage with each Member and guest, adjust behavior, adapt procedures as needed, and show self-control in all situations.
• Must have reliable transportation for scheduled shifts.
• Punctuality and reliability (Additional shifts may be available depending on business demands).
