Compass Counseling is now hiring a contract or employee Mental and Substance Abuse. Delivering family and group psychotherapy; cognitive behavior interventions, behavioral therapy and adjunctive therapy in the office and community settings/ The incumbent functions under the supervision of the Clinical Director contracted with Compass Counseling, LLC.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Evaluating and assessing the patients treatment needs
- Develops and maintains close working relationships with patients, families, and other treatment team members
- Develops, coordinates, and facilitates treatment planning to include staffing, monitoring, and linking of community based resources for the patient and family
- Maintains accurate, complete clinical documentation of all services, interventions, and patient related activities
- Counsel patients individually and group sessions to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, and making changes
- Interview patients, review records, and confer with other professions in order to evaluate individual’s mental condition
- Submits timely documentation of services rendered
- Maintains strict adherence to Medicaid guidelines
- Independently promotes self-knowledge and professional growth by maintaining state mental health licensure.mental

Pay: $50.00 - $61.00 per hour
