Mental Health Office Receptionist Job at Right Track Medical Group
Right Track Medical Group offers intensive outpatient treatment for patients with mental health symptoms and needs. Our offices provide medication management and therapy services.
We are looking for a full time receptionist for our Biloxi, MS Office. This individual is responsible for answering the phone, making appointments, taking payments, typing, typing, mail and other general clerical and office duties. Responsible for greeting all facility visitors ensuring confidentiality and friendly atmosphere is maintained in the reception area. Will assist in completing CLIA waived inhouse tests.
This person must have Multi-tasking skills, Flexibility, Good Telephone Skills, Great Customer Service, Good Time Management skills, Organizational skills, Pay Attention to Detail, Experience in Scheduling, Experience in using Word Processing , High level of Professionalism, Quality Focus Person.
Full time position, Monday-Friday 8:00am through 5:00pm.
Requirements include; high school diploma or GED, valid driver license, and must have 2 years medical office experience. Experience with Mental Health treatment preferred, but not required.
