Job Description
Compass Counseling helps people on their path to change. We are looking for an experienced targeted case manager to join us and work with our clients in the Henderson County Area.
What is Targeted Case Management or TCM?
Targeted Case Management (TCM) focuses on each individual’s strengths and abilities. TCM assists individuals by helping them identify those strengths, linking them to resources int he community, and helping them identify and overcome any barrier that may hinder them from succeeding in a goal.
A Compass Counseling Targeted Case Manager will work with our clients directly. Ideal candidate would have experience as a case manager. This position pays well but is not salary. As an independent contractor, you are paid based on the services you bill for. Must be knowledgeable of independent contracting and have a desire to work independently and make your own schedule. Excellent communication, good technology skills, and community engagement are required.
Experience:
- Experience in Human Services or Case Management: 1 year (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services Field (Required)
Pay Frequency:
- Biweekly
Schedule:
- You make your own schedule to complete required job duties.
- Team meetings required at least twice a month.
