About the Position:
The Coordinator, Visual Merchandising, will support the LOFT Visual Merchandising team in all tasks and projects pertaining to the creation of the monthly Global Visual Merchandising
Guidelines and all seasonal studio/showroom setups.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support the setup of monthly studio store sets for LOFT.
Partner with Merchandising teams to understand product assortment, tiering, and strategies of new products each month.
Catalog and maintain photo files and a database of Visual Merchandising presentations.
Support the creation of the monthly Store Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
Support VM team gather and pull samples when necessary.
Maintain an organized department server with archived VM Guidelines and supportive documents.
Assist in preparing and participating in Visual Training Workshops.
Attend new store openings and store visits when appropriate.
Assist with Special Projects (Conferences, PR Events, etc.)
Experience and Qualifications:
1-2 year experience working for a fashion-related brand.
Passion for visual merchandising and fashion.
Ability to take direction, multi-task, and manage shifting priorities.
Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive in anticipating and planning projects.
Has the flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
The target salary for this role is: $24.04 - $25.00/hr
Actual compensation within that range is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and other job-related factors.
