Essential Job Functions: -
Mergers & Acquisitions - Lead and/or assist with various work streams for M&A deals (e.g.
scoping transaction, data request list, model development, due diligence, counter-party
communication, legal and commercial negotiation, closing execution, post-closing
integration).
Develop financial impact analyses (e.g. portfolio valuation analysis); present findings to
manager. Communicate critical information and data to manager and/or M&ACounter
parties.
Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships in order to complete M&A due
diligence and other financial analysis. Assist with the development of ad hoc reports,
financial due diligence reports, and PowerPoint and Excel presentations that help steer
financial, strategic and tactical decisions.
Assist with executing the process for implementing and developing new business risk and
controls (e.g. RCSA, SOX, etc.) applicable to M&A. Counterparty Financial Risk
Management - Aid in monitoring the financial health and providing risk ratings and
recommendations for current and prospective brand partners through financial statement
analysis and research utilizing public and proprietary information and data resources.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership. Construct the Watch List report,
which summarizes counterparty financial health risks. Provide feedback and suggestions to
M&A Analyst/Senior Analyst. Present Watch List report to leadership.
Strategic Projects - Lead and/or assist with strategic projects, including the exploration of
business partnerships, joint ventures, corporate acquisitions/divestitures, and other
initiatives.
Reports to Manager, M&A and Financial Strategy
Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements: Remote, some travel/in office for large
organizational meetings may be required

Minimum Qualifications: -
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business and/or equivalent
relevant work experience
3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in investment
banking, corporate development, public accounting, consulting and/or other financial
advisory roles. Experience to include financial data analysis, developing models,
performing due diligence, and other transaction-oriented work streams.

Preferred Experience: -
4-6+ years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in investment
banking, corporate development, public accounting, consulting and/or other financial
advisory roles.
Experience to include financial data analysis, developing models, performing due
diligence, and other transaction-oriented work streams.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
